About Me: Professional Bio
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Tel Aviv University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the International Multidisciplinary Program in the Humanities. My major was Psychology, with a focus on Digital Culture and Communication, and a specialization in Philosophy and Literature.

In addition to my formal education as a professional dancer, I have received extensive training in the healing arts, with a focus on dance therapy. I’ve continually expanded my knowledge in positive psychology, trauma recovery, and resilience coaching to deepen the work I offer clients.

I am also the co-author of the book "Das Glück der kleinen Gesten" (The Joy of Little Gestures), published by Edel Verlag in Hamburg. Grounded in insights from positive psychology and neuroscience, the book explores the transformative impact of everyday gestures, random acts of kindness, and mindful presence. It is written for readers seeking to enhance their emotional well-being and cultivate more meaningful, connected relationships.

My hands are rooted in experience and compassion, weaving together psychological insight, coaching expertise, and lived wisdom.. My approach is empathetic, strategic, and creative, and it’s tailored to each individual’s unique journey.

“The relationship between mentor and disciple can be likened to that between needle and thread.
The mentor is the needle and the disciple is the thread.
When sewing, the needle leads the way through the cloth, but in the end it is unnecessary and it is the thread which remains that has value.”

My life and career haven’t followed a straight, smooth path. It took time to discover my strengths — and develop the courage to face my challenges. I was celebrated in some spaces — and criticized, dismissed, and devalued in others. While I achieved outward success, there were also major setbacks and deep struggles that shaped me. The tears I cried and pain I endured revealed the maladaptive traits I had developed — and I became determined to unravel them.

That’s why I resisted fitting into a standardized version of success. Why I kept questioning external authority. I was caught between expectations and judgments that made me question my own sanity — until I reached a turning point.

At a glance, my life appeared glamorous — but the reality was far more complex. Eventually, I chose to stand up for myself, even if it meant standing alone. That choice lit the fire that helped me rise—like a phoenix from the ashes: stronger, wiser, and grounded in a healthy sense of self-worth. I found an inner clarity and power that no longer needed external validation. My journey has given me a wealth of experience across diverse fields—experience that now deeply informs my coaching.

A True Global Citizen Perspective — Born in Switzerland into an intercultural family, I’ve lived, studied, and worked across different countries, navigating cultural transitions firsthand. I understand what it means to bridge opposing mentalities, embrace change, and create a fulfilling life in a new environment.

From Corporate to Arts, from Healing Practices to Academia — Before stepping into coaching, I built a diverse career across multiple fields. In the corporate world, I worked in global real estate and top-tier tax and legal firms — gaining insight into leadership, teamwork, and the value of clear communication. At the same time, I had an international career as a performer and brand ambassador in the fashion industry. I also worked behind the scenes as a casting and video clip director, shaping stories and performances with a creative eye.

From Global Wisdom to Personal Transformation — My personal journey brought me in contact with healing practices from various cultures — from ritual work and reflective journaling to body-based methods and the humanistic principles I've learned through Nichiren Buddhism. These practices offered me tools for resilience and self-discovery, not through theory alone, but through lived transformation.

From Stage to Coaching — I quite literally fell into coaching. One morning, I fell down a flight of stairs, leaving me injured. After the shock, the tears, and a trip to the emergency room, I made a firm decision: I will turn this poison into medicine! This marked the beginning of my transition from performer to coach — supporting others in reclaiming their agency, clarity, confidence, and purpose.

From Theory to Embodiment — As a professional dancer and movement educator, I’ve seen how deeply transformation is tied to the body. We don’t just change through thought — we shift through presence, movement, and embodied experience.

From Languages to Cultural Fluency — I speak German, French, and English fluently, and understand Italian at a basic level. My intercultural marriage and extensive work with individuals from diverse backgrounds have enriched my understanding of identity, belonging, and human connection across cultures, offering me a unique perspective on navigating cultural complexities.
